First United Methodist Church fills the air with music of praise and inspiration, glorifying God through song.

The Chancel Choir is an integral part of our Sunday morning worship service, and is open to all adults, college, and high school students. Rehearsals are on Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m.

The Summer Choir meets in the Choir Room thirty minutes prior to worship on Sunday mornings during the months of June, July, and August.

Hand bell choirs are available for participation by both youth and adults. Hand bell choirs participate in the worship service periodically.

Special musicals are presented throughout the year that involve children and youth.

The praise band performs contemporary Christian music. If you like music and want to be involved, there is a place for you at First Methodist.
